This week was harder, but I had a salad for lunch on Saturday. I know they are healthy I just wish they tasted better. I realized this week that I don't even care about getting the $50 to spend on a girls night. I just don't want my husband to get $50 to spend on whatever he wants. I hate to see money wasted.

One salad this week for lunch on Thursday and 4 smoothies for snacks during the week. I am not smacking as much at work and feel like a smoothie snack is actually healthy so it doesn't count. :-)

This week's salad had more toppings. I think I will stick with my spinach, cheese, and chicken. However I discovered this week that I can also tolerate spinach in a smoothie. Another great way to add fiber to my diet without being miserable over lunch. This may turn into a future commitment. Last week one salad and one smoothie.

Eating a salad was easier this week. I'm hoping I can keep this up after this contract. It isn't exactly filling, or delicious but I like knowing that I am trying new and healthier things.
