After reading about microresolutions, I'm setting "cue" to journal writing. I'll keep my notebook closest to me all the, but especially during the time I use computer or smart phone. My cue is to, whenever I feel like to check facebook, surf for online shoping, play a game, search for something not related to my project or work, I'LL WRITE JOURNAL INSTEAD. I've found that I spend to much time on this but never figured out how to deal with. This red notebook is an experiment. |
