Well done Yan keep it up. I'm really impressed with how you are going - keep them away from your face altogether to be on the safe side. I'm not impressed with this site charging $30 of sneaky stupid tax though. Smells a bit like a fish market scam. However it's worth it to change a life-long bad habit. |

| OK, found a really important fact. Must keep fingers away from face. I like touching my face and before I know it the fingers are hovering next to my mouth! So enforce no hands near face rule!! | |
