For 15 weeks, I will commit to the following 2 habits every day, except sunday:
1. I will exercise 20 mins per day, every day (Except sunday). 3/6 trainings will be done at home and the rest will be done at l'écurie, centre d'entraînement. 2. I will eat less than 20g of artificial sugar per day, and less than 100 grams of starchy carbs per day.
