I took a pass today because of how my feels. I will do my quad stretches now, however.

Defining what I will do: Upper thigh stretches 2 times per day; try to remember to do a supported back stretch everytime a stand after sitting; 20 minutes of exercycle or rowing per day. Caveat - If there is too much pain I do not need to do it and that will not be a violation. I will also take the time to massage my leg with the stone and ice when painful.
