SCREENS 2hr/day M, 1hr/day TWThF(7pm). For non-single serving food (i.e. lean cuisine), take a small portion, remove to eating location, eat it, and wait at least 1 minute before taking more. Small portions for unhealthy stuff, like cheez-its or cereal. KIND FAIL
