Dear Dairy, Yes, I know that I missed yesterday. It's ok, I am back today. The last couple days have been less-than-stellar, not going to lie. Today, I did make it to the gym for my two mile walk, and stretching. I did use my YogaTuneUp balls. xoxo |

Dear Diary, Day two of commitment plan. Not as smooth sailing as day one, but not feeling like I failed. I came into this challenge knowing life was going to be busy, and I'd just have to try my best every day. I got my two mile walk in, no S2S, no salad, yes on water intake, no booze, no Starbucks, are at home. Now for sleep! Xoxo |

Dear Diary, First day of 6 week challenge, and it wasn't too bad! Overall, the day was a clusterfuck, but managed not to eat any cookies while waiting for the Pilot service to be completed :) Got to the gym around 2pm, walked 2 miles and did about half of the weightlifting exercises in the S2S workout plan. Wow, my arms are smoked. Just an early indication that this portion of the challenge is going to slow going and painful. Also did a lot of stretching while at the gym. Will need to hop on YogaTuneUp balls after dinner. Ate all meals at home today, and already have 100oz of water down the hatch! Almost forgot about the salad, but remembered when I was waiting for lasagna to finish cooking. Day one down... Xoxo |
