Sun, Mon Tues – follow below diet Rest of time follow guidelines of below diet with low fat focus: Wed, Thurs – low fat diet: B: low fat animal, veggies and no fat broth L: low fat animal, veggies, no fat broth D: same as lunch green drinks at B and snacks On Saturday have green shake for first thing you eat. Have low fat animal with veggies for lunch and regular dinner. Can have green shakes in between meals. On Sunday start internal cleanse following
