| And so it begins. What a brilliant idea -- the thought of contributing $250 to the George W. Bush presidential library (how my copies of "The Pet Goat" do they need, anyway?) should, I hope, be a bigger incentive than my GP telling me "Lose weight or die." And no, I won't resort to amputation, although clearly the thought crossed my mind. | |
