smoke one cigarette less than the previous week. Right now I smoke three a day. At the end of the third week I would have quit smoking.

| Well, its been a successful week. i have been smoking three cigs. one in the morning on the way to office, the second after lunch & the third one while goin home from office. i have stopped the third one. no cig on the way home. benefit: wife does not shout at me for smoking... | |

| Guess wat, yesterday i smoked jus half o the third. That was wen the thot abt the commitment came & i stamped on the other half. Gud. looks lik its working. but i took my morning dose of fresh air today. Lets c if i can hold back totally in the evening... | |
