Had to consume vega and soy beverage (technically not milk/protein powder) when I was too hungry to sleep.. so yes I accomplished my goal. And made subsequent goals more specific ;)

dried fruit is a lot like candy, glad to have removed it. protein powder, that chocolate whey is protein powder
