Criteria: Sitting in stillness for a minimum of 30 minutes, either in silence or with the aim of guided meditation material. Every sunday starting on Apr 26th by 23:59 I will have uploaded video evidence onto Dropbox (or equivalent) showing the meditaion sessions for the previous seven days.
