| very well! Kept my drink free for Wednesday (business event evening) but event was cancelled and I did not have a drink. On Sunday with "E-Team" I had just a taste of sparkling wine to toast and a taste of white wine with the spaghetti. This is perfect!! | |

| I was out for dinner with a customer. I had an non-alcoholic beer for a starter (they served it in bottles we is slightly inconvenient) an I had then 2x 1/8 l red wine which tasted fantastic together with a 300g steak. I skipped desert and did not feel the alcohol later in the evening nor the next morning. | |

| Since drinking habits seem solid, "eating habits" might need adjustment. On Wednesday, 22nd at business meeting in Düsseldorf I had two "Alster" 0,3l which would have kept me within limit even if the period had began. I do not want to pay 50$ to the UK independent organization. It was difficult to eat healthy during the day, only wraps/ small wraps/ rolls with salmon/ carrot soup with cream which seemed half healthy. I had a few of them went I went hungry, then some small chocolates which made me feel like "not on balance". | |
