| There were two nights where I fell asleep on the couch before midnight. This may be a technical violation, which I will avoid in the future, but because the goal was to be asleep earlier, those violations were not material. | |

| Due to the extreme shame and embarrassment I feel right now over a particularly late, for no reason, night, and the bad behavior (eating all the cheese in the house, for example) that resulted, I am entering this commitment and will successfully complete it. | |
