It's better to have the blow out early in the week. Continue to eat much less at night everyday of the week.

Don't eat dinner thursday and very little dinner on Friday. Light breakfast in mornings ok.

YEay.
Hot showers, Stopping eating when i notice I am eating. Eating only half. No or very little bread on Friday night. Getting serious about eating veggies at night. Sugar at night = less restful sleep (From Tim Ferriss)

Not sure if the 8 second sprint in 30 minutes works so far, Maybe it encourages metabolism. Don't do mountain climbers all the time, It hurts later in the day. The next day, I don't notice it though.

What works.
Eat Vegetarian 4 days before the Sat.
Expect that Friday, despite resisting temptation, that it will be a blow out day.
So keep on track with the salad at night track.

Keep taking hot showers at night!
