- My eating window is 1pm to 9pm
- For my first meal, I can have no more than two teaspoons of peanut butter and a 100% slow-carb meal (except for drinks). I cannot eat for another 2 hours after that and I must only eat slow-carb food until dinner with my girlfriend. No matter what, no bread, pasta or desserts until at least tomorrow 1 pm
