kts commits to:
The goal here is to eat one home cooked meal every weekday before 10am. This isn't so much for health as much as it is for forcing myself into a schedule and to be prepared. I may have to precook this meal and take it with me on the go or wake up early if I know I won't get another chance. But one way or the other I will get it done. Later I will anchor other things to this habit.

Today was the first day of my commitment. I had yogurt and berries and granola. It was within the rules and I just did just buy a bunch of yogurt and berries that I have to eat soon but I felt a little weird about it since it felt like I gave myself that meal option once per week to make it easier and I took it on day one with only one reporting day in the week. Still though, day one down! Good job me!

I want to add one rule. Once per week the meal can be yogurt and fruit or granola. Every other day it has to have a protein and a vegetable. I am also allowed out of this if I go away from labor day and I'm not home one day at all.
