The goal here is to eat one home cooked meal every weekday before 10am. This isn't so much for health as much as it is for forcing myself into a schedule and to be prepared. I may have to precook this meal and take it with me on the go or wake up early if I know I won't get another chance. But one way or the other I will get it done. Later I will anchor other things to this habit.
