2. Am able to CONFIDENTLY, AND WITH NO HESITATION, take my shirt off in the presence of complete strangers (beach, etc.) 3. Have seen a professional about my knee and sinuses and followed his/her recommendations 4. Earned 1000 points in any consecutive 2-week period throughout the challenge (average 500 points per week)
