I skipped one day, unfortunately. Realised I should do everything in the morning and wake up early for it, cuz by the evening many other things-to-do can appear

Soo, by now I did not miss a day and I am pretty proud, 'cuz usually on the days when I have to work - I do not find time for anything else. Hard to wake up, preparing and taking a breakfast takes a few hours (!) and after work it's late, I am tired and all I want is to watch youtube or play some silly (or not so silly) games on a tablet. However, yesturday I managed to get up at around 7 am (not as good as 6 am, I know..) and found time for reading (that's another challenge here) and exercising. Today I exercised in the evening, which is not that good for creating a habit (I think), since I feel much better when I do things like that in the morning, and.. morning is just so much better then evening for me, honestly. But at least I made myself to do it. Today was more painfull, than yesturday, mostly because of my bad mood. However, getting things done helps to make my mood better a lot~
