Made it but barely. Did one good day, three partial days, and three bad days.

The commitment starts tomorrow. I need to eat mindfully in order to eat healthily. This means I sit at the kitchen table with a food journal any time I eat. No on the go snacking. I am starting out easy -- one day -- but the goal is all eating is mindful. I am not big on food journals, but I want one with me. This
