Watch fewer than fifteen minutes of any form of multimedia (TV, movies, Youtube, anything else on the internet, except educational matters, such as the Khan Academy, and other lectures - numberphile, etc. but no more than four hours per day of that material) , on any given day, defined as the 24-hour period from 4 AM, on one day until 4 AM the next day. By way of example, one day will start on June 28, 2015, at 4:00 AM, and end at 3:59 AM on June 29, 2015.
