It feels good when I do it too...but after the breath I feel anxity creep in...whats that all about? Certain thoughts creep in immediately and start banging on my mental door "let me in, let me in"

And sometimes its hard to counter the attacks.

Today I will go swim...look at the sky while I float on my back...go for a run...take a bubble bath and eat something so yummy and healthy...and during all of these activities, I will think to breath concously and meditate of "INVITING" positive thoughts to fill my mind after every exhale. Maybe this will be an effective counter-strike. :)
