Started slowly. Last few months, for my trek, i had been focusing building an endurance physique.Now thats done i want to beef a bit without compromising on the gains of endurance. Hence i have chosen Kettlebells. I have started slowly. Just some free hand and 25 swings .
Fantastic things have small beginnings . On the way!!
