Lessons learned - I like coconut oil better than butter anyway. I really really missed cheese, and vegan cheese just wasn't cutting it. I didn't miss eggs, but found avoiding them harder than I anticipated. Final note to self: don't try to reintroduce a lot of dairy right away.
