Almost a bucket down. Killing it. Making me think I should throw in 1-2 more shakes in my day

Only been doing this for 2 weeks and it seems like I've been doing it a month. Incredible. Noticing change. Up around 5-6 pounds. Ran 3-4 miles last night for the first time in a month. Keeping cardio down, but focused on food intake. Breakfast and dinner are key shakes.
