The end of an era. Time to shred it out my friend. No real data to back this up but I feel like lifting in the morning ups my metabolism a lot more. I'm hungrier throughout the whole day and feel like I have more energy. Interesting to think about vs. working out at night, eating dinner and going to sleep.

Almost a bucket down. Killing it. Making me think I should throw in 1-2 more shakes in my day

Only been doing this for 2 weeks and it seems like I've been doing it a month. Incredible. Noticing change. Up around 5-6 pounds. Ran 3-4 miles last night for the first time in a month. Keeping cardio down, but focused on food intake. Breakfast and dinner are key shakes.
