2. Daily task nominated via text message (to tha milli) before 1130pm previous night and completed by 5pm (7pm post-library) 3. Meditate 5mins each weekday 4. In bed by 11.30pm each normal weeknight (2.30am post-library) 5. No coffee of any kind on weekdays
