Friday is a cleanse day with no vitamins at breakfast! 3 meals a day 1 hour long from first to last bite of protein or cooked food with a minimum 3 hours no eating break between. Can have anything you want at these meals except NO cane sugar except in meat products and when it is a negligible ingredient. Snacks in between meals 3 hours after last bite of previous meal: protein powder or green shake, raw veggies. Unlimited are all probio
