Eating to feel well and think clearly. i.e. limited refined sugars, alcohol and fried foods & more vegetables and fiber. Exercise when there's time given other stuff--3 ish times a week. Prioritize sleep and grad school over after work hangouts. Prepare food at home more. Let's say the basic commitment is to eat well before 6pm M-F. I think all other pieces will fall into place around that.

Went to the gym 4x, definitely feel the commitment growing! Eating okay, drinking ALOT LESS. Overall good. One poor night of sleep butttt..it was worth it. | |

Good week--went out late one night but also went to the gym. Feeling sore and back in there in a sustainable, baby steps kinda way. It was definitely a little nerve wracking which signals why I've been so reluctant. Glad to have gotten over the hump of self-doubt. I love our Y!!
