Lifting weights five days a week, as well as sticking to a custom meal plan for as long as it is of use to me (eventually I will need a new meal plan for bulking). I also commit to waking up at 5:15-5:30 every morning in order to be at the gym by 6:00 a.m. for lifting with my partner.
