| Going to spin class has been a great stress release this week. I almost didn't go on Tuesday because it had been a rough day, but the thought of my money going to my anti-charity kept me motivated to stick with my goal. | |

My pre-packed gym bag has come in handy this week, as my Tuesday and Thursday schedule remain hectic. However, I was able to make it to both spin classes again this week. I thought about skipping spin class today because I had a meeting for my 610 group project at 7:30. However, I let them know that I would be a little late and to start without me. I got to make it to spin class and got to collaborate with my group.. it was a productive evening! |

I almost missed the first spin class, I forgot to pack my gym clothes into my car before work. I get out of work at 6:30p and spin class is at 7p -- There was BARELY enough time to get home, get my clothes, and get to spin class on time. I was very frustrated with myself for doing this! My plan is to pack a gym bag with an extra set of clothes and sneakers to keep in my car as a back up. I will still try to remember to pack clothes for Tuesdays and Thursdays, but if I forget, I will have some just incase. |
