bjhartsell commits to:
I commit to running at least 2 miles per day, 5 days a week. For meeting my goal, I will make cookies on the fifth day of running. If I do not make my goal, I will have to wait until the next cycle/week I meet my goal. Running is defined as forward motion perpendicular to the ground where no more than one foot is touching the ground except for safety reasons(i.e cross-walks).
