| I am really proud of myself for being able to follow through with the commtment I set six weeks ago. At the beginning of the assignment I thought that I would end up paying my son at least half of what I put up. But every week that passed I was more determined not pay out the money and I think that kept me on track each week. | |

| Not only have I been able to achieve my daily goal of drinking at least one 16.9 oz bottle of water with a meal, I have exceeded it. Monday through Friday I drank a 16.9 fl oz bottle of water with both lunch and dinner each day. I feel a lot better physically from drinking more water. Plus my skin is starting to look more hydrated since I replaced the caffinated beverages with water at meal time. | |
