A slip up - what have I learned? To concentrate on food when eating, to be conscious of my body when making food choices, to view food as fuel and nothing more.

I've made a great start, with a healthy low-bite lunch and one bite low-carb bar (so much better than what I would've normally eaten!). A positive, wonderful first day, well done Andy <3
