- not eat until 1 p.m. - not eat any peanut butter or cheese. - eat no more than an additional 1200 calories from right now until 10 a.m. on 10/24/15. - for dinner, only eat one salmon patty with green beans and veggies, no more than 1/2 cup of lentils and a medifast snack, then not eat until 10/24/15 10 AM.
