This goal is either really easy or really hard. If I have a well-organized and efficient day, it sometimes doesn't even cross my mind. If I wake up with no idea what the day holds, I can get overwhelmed, down in the dumps, and the TV is incredibly enticing. Glad to have succeeded this week! |
