The following daily routine:
1) Get up at 7:45 am 2) Mind palace / goal meditation over breakfast 3) LOOK AT queue of tasks 4) Work on them until 9 pm, using pomodoro (with food breaks, etc) 5) 1 hr of exercise 6) Bed, eyes closed no later than 11:45 Failure to do even ONE thing on this list is failure. Each week you are allowed two failures for exceptional circumstances. After that, you lose money. $100. Think of what you could buy with that.
