| Super late lunch or really early dinner. I had scrambled eggs with tomatoes and onions on a slice of bread. I had two slices like this. I had already taken a bite before i thought to take a picture. And i've been drinking water like a fish. Happy with my eating today. Next friday on the scale will reveal if I need to make adjustments. | |
