You can begin making vegetable soups, preparing breakfast (veggie) burritos for the entire week, grab a stir fry from New Seasons (two days), two-banana smoothies in the morning with cauliflower eggs

Half of my diet should consist of fruits and vegetables. Things I like that count: salsa, banana smoothies, vegetable soup, edemame and cranberry mix, peanut butter apple. The recommendation is 5-13 servings per day.
