Been highly on, and this feels good, though numbers became way off. Developing higher levels of response, clarity and focus on key projects from individuals and hence progress. I am about ready to fly to Denver and live there as a potential, and infuse 90 days of mad implemention of progress on all fronts. I got really pissed and frustrated the other day with my head of operations (not directly, morese in sync), and realized the primary focus projects of what is going to be happen, and how. This is a mad time of challenge for me. The beauty, as my coach said.... is all of this madness happening TO me? or why is all this madness happening FOR me? "the greatest measure of a man's character is how he handles himself in times of adversity. I probably cried at least 25 out of the last 30 days. For the most part, with some holes, i've been on point. Something badass is brewing out of me, and redefining for next level relationships with my tribe of men, my woman, my money, my biz's, my spiritual alignment with a God (feels like me), and all I desire. |

Been on point. By talking with the team daily, this is a huge change in: appreciation = them being influenced and happy accountability = responsible, and them realizing it, so more responsible for it leadership = seeing us as a team, and my influence, and motivation clear status on each person's 1-2 things on how they are growing their project... awesome vision and clarity, and hence progress. This is merely a mirror of my system... prep for tomorrow routine aspect of what are your top 2ish things of your priority work, and doing it first thing in the morning. |

Awesome. This drives my own happiness. Why? I am leading, holding people accountable, giving praise. TAKING CARE OF MY BUSINESS, LITERALLY. "take care of your business... it is what makes it all possible". Noticing numbers and attitudes changing. Leading by example. |
