This entire week, I have actually been beyond sober. Like crazy sober, not enough coffee. And lots of mental work with coaches, etc. I am being fined only cause of today, and will be doing some fun while I go on a camping trip, and not making the spread. |

Good for the most part. But totally effin worth the fine and breaking it for the times. Sometimes with grief, coupled with personal house major issues in how people are handling things. The violation of this rule was totally worth the emotional payoff of fun, and also just getting back to clarity of what really matters in life. |

I failed on the 12th. Overall... this has been the most challenging. Not from an addictive standpoint, but from a habit stand point late at night. (maybe the same). This has also been the most rewarding. Especially in a time of grief to feel fully... in a time of massive focus where progress is being made. Change request... for any one day i am not sober, it is at least 2 days off. |
