Ok, 75 kilograms - I NEVER thought I would get to this weight! What happened? It creeped up on me. I just use food to fill a void that seems to be allconsuming. I'm stopping this now because I want to be healthy and live a long live and I want to feel very comfortable in my body. But at the end of the day, it's just weight. I refuse to let it run my life. So even in this decision to lose the weight but moreso win health and happiness, I am determined to make the changes incorporating them into my present life and not let it take over my present life. This is why for every week I will pick one new habit to try out that will help me towards my goal. This week I'm picking YOGA. I will do YOGA at least 4 out of the seven days this week. And now on to the rest of my life. :-) |
