1) Working out 4-6 times a week including 2 strength training sessions (Working out includes the gym (cardio and strength training equipment and group fitness classes), Workout DVD's, Outdoor walks and jogs and external classes such as Bikram Yoga)
2) Learn and complete post-workout stretching routine

3) Training for and completing 25 "real" push-ups in a row

4) Daily Weigh Ins

5) Jog the steps on Netherland/Johnson Avenue or through the park at least one roundtrip
