Achieved goals - got it too hard on the weekend and regressed Monday and Tuesday from Subday am weigh-in

Run/Cardio to a distance no less than 15 miles per week (through 4-5 separate runs) in the AM, while fasting
3 abs diet (or equivalent circuit training) per week
Yoga class or other class CPY with my wife

Nutrition - no added sugar, no gluten, no other crap
5 points/s week of restricted food equivalent to the size of my first (or 10 ounces fluid)
healthy grain + Protein + veggies
non-cream based soups, hummus, fruits and veggies
little to no snacking at all - run in a fasted state and try to eat until 10am or later
