| Started a fast on Friday June 5th, and it was a real struggle. Finally ate at 2PM. Decent meal: two eggs, small portion of potatoes, and a big spinach salad. But MAN did I still feel hungry, and it's like the pull of the cereal and Oreos was magnetic. I wish I'd stopped and processed what I was experiencing prior to diving in. Don't much like the feeling afterwards of having let myself down. | |
