I have been adding lots more greens/veggies to my diet and have been successful in avoiding sugar in the form of sweets as well as processed food.

I had some baklava that was brought over by a neighbor and an apple tartlet from Christmas. I had a green drink almost every day(missed maybe one day) but I did not use it as a meal replacement.
    This Commitment has no photos.
