Mm. What else? Got a new appreciation for the surrounding forests, though they do a whit for my meditation time, what with me being a dog-sitter, so to speak.

I can't believe it. After doing totally nothing, kicking the exercise regime out of the proverbial window for a week, aside doggie walks, I have the same weight again. What the fuck is my body doing?

It's so tempting to lie it's not even funny. /cranky look at the number/. But if it doesn't go down, then hey, yay, it goes up /mild curiosity/. Had to happen sometime, and I am tempted to be bummed out at the number. Right now, cancelled HHA yesterday and today, only creaking by with Tibetan exercises - by the way, number 18 again, to get going smoothly. I don't want to exercise anymore, food's too tempting right now. /nomming down a biscuit/ I am just surprised how in the hell the weight went up that much.

Actually, I am not, what with my stress over the job and all the shenanigans around it and me caving in to sweets /sheepish/, but that just means I will have to get even more serious about my training regime. And once again, revive my morning exercises. Only two days without it and this happens. /grumpy/. Sometimes I am wondering if it's even worth waking up to get this done.

No matter, one fail just means one step closer to the overall success.

My food habits! Nyuuuu! /horrified screech/. Okay, now that's out, of my system, I definitely gotta change my foods around a lot - less bread, becasue it's still addictive like you wouldn't believe, and it doesn't help there's a lot of it in the house available anywhere, anytime, anyhow. Breakfast - white bread. Lunch, something with carbs - either potato, rice, bread or one of the aforementioned again. Dinner - you don't need guesses, bread again. /rubs forehead, irritated/. That is apparently the next step in the process. I gotta switch it with something that wont load me up so badly with carbs, but still got me through the day full throttle, along with being relatively fast to make and cheap to buy. I am thinking some kind of soup and some vegetables. Would have to persuade mum to get cooking the soup broth a little bit more - if nothing else, the broth warms up, and oh the horror, beans on the menu. /grouses, cranky/. But for now, drastically cutting down the quantities of bread I am currently chowing down like crazy...
