| I do not know how to modify my commitment, but I am adding on one hour of french studying over the weekend, in order to have time to review the new words I learned that week and consolidate my learnings. | |

| January 7: I started this goal on Monday and have successfully completed three days of studying one hour at lunch time at work. I close my computer to signal complete concentration and I set my timer on my iPhone to ensure I complete an exact hour and do not do less (cheating myself) or more (overwhelming myself). This requires me picking up a newspaper in the metro each morning, and selecting articles I wish to read and study, looking up foreign words with my translator and writing them out. My days are Mon, Tue, Thurs, Friday lunches because I can eat my desk that days. I can do my 1-hour studying any time over the weekend. | |
