Got back into pump this week, muscles were burning and i was feeling like myself again. Had a pretty good week overall getting a routine back in order. I checked in on Tuesday and i'm sitting at 107 so I'm slowly inching towards my goal. I'm looking forward to the coming week and just pushing through some more pump, make a few batches of awesome yummy healthy food and keep feeling good. It's been an exhausting weekend but tomorrow is a new day and i'll be getting back into the week with some pump and burn! :)

So it's been a crazy week. Spent a few days in Daylesford exploring and eating but managed to eat really good quality food and stay away from too much processed or white carbs. I'm definitely more conscious of what I eat now and my planning ahead is better. Took a big tub of hummus and a tub of cut up carrot celery sticks so if I got nibbly I could eat that. Still had a few extra treats being on holiday and all but overall I think I did ok.
Been enjoying some HIIT and walking this past week and I'm now keen for some pump again. I haven't moved numbers in a while so I'm going to pull my shit together and move more. Unlike Josh I need to move a lot to drop weight not just eat...
I may not have dropped numbers but I have managed to fit into clothing better and even had to downsize the old bras.
I feel like the next 10kg will be the hardest for me mentally, I want to get past the 100 and be into the 90's. It's been a long time since I was there and I feel like I have a whole bunch of fat chick demons lurking in the waters beneath me.
I just have to remind myself to keep going and I'll get there.

been a slow poke just walking this week, eating lots of veggies and keeping it simple while i'm recovering. think i had a dirty chest infection which is almost gone now, just wheezy and coughing wont go away.
looking to do a bit more this week seeing im feeling better.
still feel like a fat potato but i'l get there. just hit a bumpy patch of feeling blergh. today was better though so onwards and upwards :)

less calories burnt = less calories intake.
Just eat lots of greens, lean meat and plenty of ginger team.
Soups are awesome as well.
Keep it up, and rest heaps, walk rather than run/hiit
