Week 12 of 12

hctang commits to:
accumulating at least 8000 steps a day on my pedometer, for at least 5 days a week. Ideally, at least 2-3 of these days involve outdoors walking, but any physical activity is acceptable (eg, jogging, dancing).

A "banked" stepcount 8000 may be applied to one missed day; two missed days constitutes a failure for the week.

I'm sad to be back from my fitness spa vacation! It was wonderful to be so active; I loved the feeling of energy and healthfulness that came from eating right and exercising every day. Hopefully I can incorporate some of those healthy habits in my everyday life!

The fitness spa feels like an adult day camp! Lectures, hikes, pilates classes ... I'm getting a ton of walking in (check out yesterday's stepcount)!
