hctang commits to:
accumulating at least 8000 steps a day on my pedometer, for at least 5 days a week. Ideally, at least 2-3 of these days involve outdoors walking, but any physical activity is acceptable (eg, jogging, dancing).
A "banked" stepcount 8000 may be applied to one missed day; two missed days constitutes a failure for the week.
