With the exception of getting my period last night and messing up a little, I've been doing pretty well!

Cardio, was going to do in the morning, but pushed until evening but then got my period :( but I'm going to do it first thing in the morning and might do double cardio this week to catch up with my goals. Might start off with 30-1-30 like the old days.

Meal prepped again today! It's a lot easier to eat the meals when they're ready and with you. The tough part last week was I was still hungry and didn't have my in between snacks with me! Also, went back to having cream of wheat in the morning and went from 4 egg whites and an egg to 2 egg whites and an egg.
